My handmade baby carrier

Hello there..it has been way so long since my 1st entry which i promised to write about my handmade baby carrier..well finally here it is..i made this a few months back..

I used tutorials from few sources which i cannot recall and modified a bit..

The straps were made of a few layers of flannel.wrapped with cotton..

The main body consists of 2 layers of cotton,flannel and a decorative cotton..

All buckles were recycled from an old backpacks..

Too bad i havent take any shoot with my baby in..
the pro: i'm a proud mommy with a cute carrier..
the con:my baby doesnt like the carrier..lucky i didnt bought any baby carrier  or it will be just a waste of money..
but i'm aiming to make another and improvise the pattern..wish me luck

Get inspired and inspire others

hai i'm new here.For this 1st entry i would like to share what inspires me to start blogging.Well, it all started during my long maternity leave.Most of my free time i spent surfing the net where i stumbled upon many awesomes sewing blogs.Some simply share what they made and other post great great sewing tutorials.I can spend hours and hours just browsing through all the wonderful pictures and tutorials they posted.

As i myself love sewing,these really inspires me to start my sewing blog.Sharing stuffs i sew and hoping that someday i will be able to share with my fellow sewist my so called very own sewing tutorials.Wishing that someone will get their sewing inspirations by reading my blog.Thats what get inspired and inspire others all about.

Ok thats all for now.On my next entry i'll share pictures of the baby carrier i made for my 2 months babe.
